The Certified Professional in Guest Experience (CPGE®) is a certification program aimed at empowering professionals and businesses with skills to turn customers into guests. CPGE® is widely applicable as a guest is anyone who receives hospitality. The focus is on eliciting positive emotions, crafting memorable moments, and building connections to attract and retain customers by encouraging positive brand association and loyalty. The CPGE involves a carefully designed curriculum that teaches strategies for surpassing customer expectations, improving communication, nurturing trust, and promoting a compassionate approach to service.
Offered by Certplace, with The International School of Hospitality (TISOH) as the official education partner, the Certified Professional in Guest Experience (CPGE®) credential is to equip participants with tools to foster positive guest experiences and revolutionize their customer service approach.
