The Certified Professional in Guest Experience (CPGE®) is a certification program aimed at empowering professionals and businesses with skills to turn customers into guests. CPGE® is widely applicable as a guest is anyone who receives hospitality. To earn the CPGE®, participants must complete a comprehensive 3-hour session, available both in-class and online, culminating in a 30-question multiple-choice exam that solidifies the material covered during the class.
